When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in China. During holidays and promotional seasons, please allow extra time for your order to be processed.


We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days of the order date and shipped the day after the processing date. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once your order has been processed we are unable to make any changes.

If you have just received a shipping notification, please allow 1 to 3 business days for tracking information to be updated.. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation.



Once you place your order, please allow 1-3 business days to process your orders. In peak periods please allow for up to 3 business days for dispatch. After that, it will take 7-12 business days for delivery depending on your location.

As a professional luxury replica manufacturer, we recognize the significance of receiving your bags and accompanying accessories in pristine condition. Therefore, all orders will be delivered wrapped in bubble wrap, inside a secondary outer box (inclusive of the original gift box) to forestall any impairment during the delivery process.

We do not control customs fees or policies, and our free shipping does not cover these fees.

You will receive a confirmation email after you have placed your order and another when your order is sent out. Please ensure that you enter correct and precise details, such as email and shipping address, upon ordering. As we do not refund or resend orders that have been held by local post due to incorrect address, please make sure that the information you provide is accurate.

*If a product has not been delivered within 30 business days of ordering, we will issue a full refund.


Prices displayed on our website are in US dollars and include tax, which means that you do not have to pay tax when you receive your order.


If an item is marked as successfully delivered by the domestic postal service in your country (e.g., UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS/Canada Post/Royal Mail/LAPoste/DeutschePost/Australia Post, etc.) to the correct address provided upon ordering but has not successfully arrived, you must contact the local post office and provide us with a formal affidavit of a lost, stolen, or undelivered package. After receiving the required documentation, we will make every effort to resend a replacement order to you.
